Getting ready for the weekend? A hit of spicy and a hit of fresh will everything nicer at a Friday night.

Ingredients:
6 oz gin
1/4 sliced fennel
8 oz chilled tonic water
2 tspn whole black pepper
2 slices grapefruit, to garnish
2 slivers fennel microgreens, to garnish
ice
Instructions:
Step 1:
Add the gin and fennel to a glass container and infuse for at least 8 hours.
Step 2:
Combine 3 oz gin, 4 oz tonic water, 1 tspn peppercorns, a grapefruit slice, and a sliver of fennel in each glass.
Step 3:
Top with ice and serve immediately.
