A quick and easy Bok Choy recipe.

Ingredients:
Bok Choy - 300g bok choy (cut lengthwise and cleaned)
Garlic - 3 cloves
Olive oil - 2 tbsp
Chilli Flakes - 2 tsp
Salt - To taste
Pepper - To taste
Soy sauce - 2 tbsp
Sesame oil -1 tsp
Apple cider vinegar - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 tsp
Instructions:
Step 1:
Preheat oven to 190 degrees.
Step 2:
Mix bok choy with oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic, and the chilli flakes then bake till stalks are tender.
Step 3:
Mix in the rest of the ingredients in a small pot over low heat and mix till sugar is dissolved.
Step 4:
Serve with rice or enjoy on its own!

Closing:
This dish can be enjoyed with other meat dishes really well, as well as any firm fish, prawns or scallops. As for the sauce, feel free to adjust the ratio based on what you prefer. But on its own, it has a nice strong flavour that compliments the bok choy.
