Kale Chips by Deanna

Check out this amazing kale chips recipe by Deanna (@dea_bestbites) using Urban Tiller's kale!



As mentioned, watercress and pancakes are the main components. So do make sure you have good quality ingredients if you want your food to taste good too!

The rest of the sauces complement the dish so they aren't as important but of course, a good quality input will equal a good quality output.

Ingredients:

Kale (200g)

Olive oil (enough to coat leaves)

Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Instructions:


Step 1:

Wash kale and dry them with paper towels.


Step 2:

Remove stems. (I kept the stems and made green juice from them!)


Step 3:

Toss in a bowl with a splash of olive oil.


Step 4:

Add salt and pepper to taste.


Step 5:

Put in air fryer at 180°C for 4 to 7 mins.



Closing:


Let the kale chips cool before storing in an airtight container - if you can wait that long, that is.
