
Ingredients:
Dumpling wrapper
2 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp truffle oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger minced
1 onion minced
2 tbsp chives finely chopped
2 tbsp basil finely chopped
200g mushrooms finely chopped
1/2 stick leek finely chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vingear
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Step 1:
Heat the sesame oil in a large pan.
Step 2:
Add the mushrooms, onions, and leek, cook for a few mins.
Step 3:
Add the garlic, ginger, microgreens, seasoning, and truffle oil. Stir of a few minutes.
Step 4:
Set aside to cool.
Step 5:
Fill the wrapping papers with 1 heaped teaspoon of the mixture and seal the edges.
Step 6:
Steam in a steamer for 7-8 minutes.
Step 7:
Serve sprinkled with some red mustard microgreens.
