Peppermint craze for your Friday night!

Ingredients:
30 mL Tanqueray no. ten
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp fresh pineapple juice
1.5 tbsp sugar syrup
6-8 fresh peppermint leaves
Slice of pineapple
Fresh sprig of peppermint
Instructions:
Step 1:
Muddle fresh peppermint leaves and sugar syrup in a cocktail shaker.
Step 2:
Add Tanqueray, pineapple, and lime juice.
Step 3:
Shakewell and pour into a cocktail glass over ice.
Step 4:
Garnish with fresh peppermint sprig and pineapple slice.
